Maternitique. What a fun word! Not only is it a fun word to type and say but it is also the name of one of the poshest internet boutiques. They specialize in products that nurture and care for your skin and the skin of your baby!
About Maternity Evolved, Naturally™
Maternitique's mission is to help women look their best, feel their best and do their best throughout pregnancy, birth and motherhood. Our goal is to help inspire happier mothers, easier births, healthier babies and a safer world—and to do it with uncompromising style.
To that end, we choose products designed for modern women that combine the best of science and traditional wellness—what we call "maternity evolved, naturally." Our selection reflects what mothers and midwives have always intuitively known, and what modern research is only beginning to prove: that the lifestyle choices we make before, during and after pregnancy—beauty and skin care, diet, exercise, stress management, pain and symptom relief—affect fetal health, childbirth outcomes and newborn development.
Our Evolved Products™
Would you be shocked to learn that an average of 200 chemicals, including 180 known to cause cancer, were recently found in newborn blood?* We were. As powerful as our placentas are, they cannot filter out dangerous chemicals absorbed by our skin, breathed in our air and consumed through our food. If we want healthier, safer babies, we have to make healthier, safer choices. And we have to buy from manufacturers who create healthier, safer products.
Thank you to the wonderful people at Maternitique, Dexter was able to try three different Substance products. He tried the Nappy Rash Ointment, Baby Body Foam and the Baby Creme. My favorite of all three of these is the Substance Baby Creme.

Substance Baby Creme is a moisture-rich formula that nourishes and softens your little one while its fresh, candy-like scent makes it a hit with kids of all ages—even parents.
Skin-pampering herbs are infused into the shea butter and wheatgerm oil base to encourage skin resilience—so important during baby's periods of rapid growth. For daily, all-over care and spa-like pampering. This creme made Dexter's entire body so soft that I could resist kissing him all over (like that is ever a problem!) He was even super soft in the morning after his nightly massage. Awww......
My Baby Daddy would tell you that he likes the Baby Body Foam the best.

Substance Baby Body Foam is a mild, yet effective alternative to soap for gentle cleansing of baby's delicate skin. It's been carefully created to work in harmony with baby's natural skin oils. The sulfate-free formula is fortified with skin-nourishing herbs to leave baby's skin pampered, touchably soft and fresh-smelling.
The effective blend of lavender, ylang ylang and mandarin essential oils create a spa-like aromatherapy bliss, helping calm and lull even the most restless of young ones to sleep.
It not only leaves Dexter's skin soft and clean, but it didn't bother his eczema at all! It is something that I will continue to use for a long time.

Substance Nappy Rash Ointment is a safe, all-natural treatment for diaper rash. A light application of this cream provides an effective protective barrier against wetness as it soothes baby's skin.
A blend of herbs traditionally used to promote skin healing are set in a base of shea butter, carrot oil and cocoa butter to nourish young, sensitive skin. Sweetly scented roman chamomile essential oil completes this indispensable multi-purpose ointment.
Using cloth diapers? This zinc-free diaper rash cream is a perfect, all-natural barrier that's appropriate for use with cloth diapers.
As for the Nappy Rash Ointment, it is exactly what I had been looking for. Since we cloth diaper, I needed a product that was ok to use with cloth for those times when Dexter's bum was not so perfect. This Rash Ointment did the trick. I would apply it at every diaper change when he had a red butt or I would just use it at night. The redness always went away!
The Substance Baby Creme and Baby Body Foam retail for $20 each while the Nappy Rash Ointment will set you back $22. One lucky reader will win all three products valued at $62! WOW, how generous of Maternitique.
All you have to do to win is head over to Maternitique and pick out your favorite products not mentioned in this review. Come back here and tell me your favorite product AND your email address. You can earn an extra entry by becoming a NEW Blogger or Twitter follower! Its that easy!
The winner will be randomly selected on May 10th at NOON EST. Good Luck and don't forget to enter ALL of my other awesome Earth Day Extravaganza Giveaways. You can enter daily to win a Klean Kanteen thanks to WaterLeaf Boutique or a MyOBaby Tote Bag.
