I have been so busy lately. Busy isn't befitting enough. Swamped and needed is much more accurate. Because of this, I will post several giveaways tonight in lieu of Mother's Day.

I am now a Mother. Actually, I have always been a "real mother..." but now I am a I've-given-birth-to-a-human-being-Mother. My life has never had more meaning and I have never felt so complete. Dexter has made me realize that life is so much better than I ever thought possible. Looking into his eyes everyday brings tears to mine. He is 100% perfect and wonderful. I appreciate how smart he is (he can say over 20 words and sign several words including (but not limited to) "please", "more", "milk" and "all done".

Being a Mommy has made me appreciate the sunrise (because I had never seen one before), quiet time and small steps. I never thought that I would look forward to watching Good Morning America at 7am!

Being a Mother has, without a doubt, morphed me into the person that I am today. Some tell me I am nicer while others tell me that I am not nearly as loud! LOL (What does that mean?!) No matter what anyone says, there is no denying that I am different. That is because, 14 months ago, I gave birth to a 7 pound, 11 ounce baby boy, without drugs!! i am Mother, i am woman, i am me!!!!
