The Kitchen is undoubtedly the Heart of my Home. Not only do my husband and I gather there when a meal is being prepared but all of our friends gravitate to our kitchen during our frequent parties that we throw. Our kitchen seeing food, drinks and fun. It has been the epicenter of our home forever and we honor our kitchen by gathering within it and enjoying one another.

The heart of our home seasonally is our backyard deck. We have a grill, high bar table and dining room table fits 12. All of our friends and family know 5 months out of the year where we will be. The other 7 months we gather in our kitchen fun,food, friends and family!
The heart of our home is the living room. It's where our kids play and friends and family congregate. It's able to be seen from the dining room and kitchen and has a gorgeous picture window so on cold days, you can be at one with nature in the comfort of our warm house.

The heart of our home is our patio. It's an extension to the house from the kitchen, has outdoor carpet, and is screen in. We even bring out the TV in summer. Although we don't use it in the winter, it's our favorite spot during all the other seasons.
I consider the heart of our home to be anywhere that we can all be together. Not hard, considering our house is so tiny.
But my favorite place and time is when we all snuggle up in bed to watch a movie. That is definitely where MY heart is!!!
THe heart of our home is the living room. WE spend all our time in the living room. The baby boy's toys are all in the living room so we play and spend our time there together.

The heart of our home would HAVE to be our living room. It's where we all hang out every day. We listen to music and dance infront of the windows(I'm sure my neighbors think we're crazy).
The heart of my home is anywhere my dog is because she is my absolute best friend and never fails to put a smile on my face and in my heart!
The kitchen... probably. The dining room too, but that's really part of the kitchen.
I did not talk like a pirate at all yesterday. :(
The living room was the heart of my apartment... totally the best place to hang out.
In the summer, our backyard is the heart of our home because of all the entertaining that we do there. Over the past couple summers we've been adding more to the landscaping, and now it's really a beautiful place to have people over and spend time in.
I live in a one bedroom studio... so probably the one bedroom.
