Kind Letter I Wrote to PR Company

......Thanking them for offering to toxify my family...

Thank you for your email. Even though Baby Magic may be trusted by parents for over 100 years, we do not use products in our home that contain Parabens, Phthalates, Sodium Lauryl/Laureth Sulfates or, most importantly formaldehyde causing agents such as Quaternium-15 or Polyquaternium-10. It is just as important what we put on our bodies as it is what goes into our bodies. Raising awareness about these ingredients unfortunately found in Baby Magic is how we as a nation can start to get healthy once again.

IF PEOPLE ONLY KNEW! Geeesh!

I had no idea, myself. Thank you for this post (and your blogging) Maggie...I find it enlightening. Is there a babywash/shampoo brand you reccommend with natural ingredients? We've been switching to natural products slowly over the past year. We use a lot of essential oils already in place of other things (medicines and such). Keep up the good work, girl!

Jenn,
I love http://www.ecostoreusa.com products. They are sold now at Meijer (not in the UP) but can be purchased online. They make AMAZING laundry detergent too. PERFECT for everyone! Hope that helps.

My children have sensitive skin so I don't get to use product like that.
I think that was a very nice response and hopefully baby magic may go a little greener with their products they have some really nice baby scents.
