I Need a Blogging Spanking.....

I vowed that I was never going to stop blogging.  I know that I love it and I want to continue doing what makes me happy.  I have been so busy living lately that I have stopped writing about it.  I mean just the other day, Oliver turned 7 months old!  HOLY COW where has that time gone?

I have really been trying so hard to shake this baby weight battle.  Now that I am closed-for-business I feel like I have to do this once and for all.  I do realize (even though I don't like it) that it took me months and months to put this weight on and obviously it won't come off overnight.  I have been doing my favorite Kettleworx workouts and I have been so sore!  I also just got diagnosed with Postpartum Thyroidism.  Just add that to the host of amazing things that have changed on my body since having kids.  WOW, if they weren't so damn cute it would be hard for me to like them!

Another crazy thing.....44 days until I am 30!  Remember I made that 30 before 30 vow?  Well, it seems like its going to be more like a dream than a reality.  I have lost 40 pounds since I was pregnant with Oliver.  It is great when I quantify it like that but I am still not fitting in my PP jeans thanks to my "perfect childbearing hips" or so my midwife calls them.  Start shifting back already will ya?!  It is time for me to serve my body an eviction notice.  I am ready to start 30 full steam ahead and I'll be damned if I won't enjoy every.single.moment.

cute way of expressing yourself ~ very down to earth ~ I enjoyed reading about your weight predicament ~ something most women struggle with especially after child birth. Take care!

Aww, that's the spirit! Live every moment to the fullest and don't stop enjoying them! I passed 30 awhile ago but I definitely relate to the baby weight battle. I love my kiddies but have been struggling with the extra weight for what seems like forever. Ah well, my husband loves the extra curves and I love why they're there in the first place! Thanks for the post. :-)
