#Cinchspiration Day 2 Recap

Day 1's workout was so hard that I woke up today feel SORE!  That certainly didn't stop me from enjoying my workout today.  I have a lot of energy today and I not only did Pilates and Cardio Blast but I also ran outside with the kids, played in the sprinkler and did a few extra trips upstairs.  I am using the FitBit to track my steps, stairs and sleep so I can be more aware of my movements!

Today I never felt hungry or deprived.  I realized that I needed to spread my food calories/allotted portions out throughout the day to fuel my workouts and help keep me going.

Day 2 Food:
Breakfast: Vanilla Cinch Shake mixed with 1/2c frozen blueberries, 1/2c frozen raspberries and 1c low fat vanilla soy milk (I won't use my Healthmaster again for this.  It was too thick but still tasty!)
Snack: 1 cup of last night's dinner leftovers
Lunch: Cafe Latte Cinch Shake mixed with 1c almond milk (AWESOME!)  Dexter thought it smelled like carmel.
Dinner: Tofu/Chicken stir fry with lots of veggies and brown rice.  Then I tossed in a LOT of sriracha and plain greek yogurt!  What a treat!

I was having a hard time not not having something sweet to eat tonight (or a beer) so I drank a glass of water and brushed my teeth.  The urge subsided and I was able to concentrate on some work!

Today was a success and I anticipate many more successful days to come!  I am not sure if I want to weigh myself until next Monday!  That will be a surprise in and of itself!
