In the last two weeks I have lost a whooping 12 pounds, 7.5 total inches, I have lost nearly 3% of fat and increased my muscle mass by .7%
How amazing is that? I am Cinching it and losing fat, not muscle!
I also just finished the "I See Fit People" 1000 squat challenge. I completed 1000 squats last week which equals about 143 each day. Let me tell you, the first two days were grueling. They were hard. I sweat and I whined but by Sunday, I was knocking em back like a CHAMP....so much so that I lost 1" off each thigh!! WOWzers!
