All that aside, I have lost a staggering 23.2 pounds and 21 inches!!! (Results and experiences are unique for each person, so results may vary. People following the weight loss portion of Shaklee 180 can expect to lose 1-2 pounds a week.) All of this in 12 weeks! I haven't been the most faithful exerciser but I have been a lot more conscious about what I am eating and how much I am moving.
Shaklee dubs this the Cinch Inch Loss Plan. I think it should be called the Cinch Inch Loss (and forgiveness) Plan. Why? It is so forgiving! Cheat one day? Get back on the next and rock it #LikeaBoss the next. Forgot to exercise? No problem, follow the program. Everyone knows that dieting success is 80% diet and 20% exercise. With Cinch, you don't have to worry about the dieting part. Shaklee took all the worrying and guesswork out of it for you! Losing fat and gaining muscle, thats how I roll!
