There are two things I never leave my house with; my purse and my iPhone. I have actually left the driveway and got several miles down the road until I realized that I didn't have my phone. When you go to input your log into the log, Shaklee has done an incredible job of categorizing different foods and it even allows you to use recently added foods to your list. For instance, after breakfast, you open the Shaklee 180™ app and select Breakfast. It gives you the option of adding Shaklee180™ products or other foods. When you select other foods the above tab opens and when you click on fruits, for instance, it will allow you to choose your portion size!
This is the tab that opens when you choose to add Shaklee 180™ products to your meals. It really does't get much easier to stay on track. I especially like when you choose Smoothees, it then prompts you to add what you mixed in with your Smoothee (regular milk, soy milk, almond milk, water etc).
Under the "resources" tab, you can select Shaklee 180™ Workouts. This will lead you to fun and inspirational workouts that can be easily added to your log for exercise. They deduct the calories burned from your total calories which makes you feel really accomplished. Each workout burns 250 calories. I love doing the Shaklee 180™ workouts because they are fun, motivating and they can be done at home without expensive equipment.
How are you feeling? That is an important question when dealing with what you eat, when you eat it and why you eat it. Perhaps you check that you are having a bad day and that for lunch, you ate a cheeseburger and french fries. You can then take that knowledge and learn why you eat certain foods, depending on your mood. I also really like that Shaklee gives you encouragement here too!
