Volo Kids Vitamin Review

I have always taken vitamins for as long as I can remember.  As a matter of fact, it is something that was a non-negotiable.  When I was little, because of my Lyme Disease, I always had to take a slew of pills.  I became really good at swallowing pills when I was in 2nd grade.  We never bought chewable vitamins, that I can remember, but we did have chewable Vitamin C tablets that were really tart.  I loved them!  My 98 year old Gramma swears that vitamins are essential and help keep one healthy.  At 98, who would really challenge that, right?!

When Dexter was about a year old, after he stopped breastfeeding, I started him on vitamin drops.  Then, when he got older, he got chewable vitamins.  He especially loves gummy vitamins.  Well, one day, when I was all out of gummies, I had to give him a hard chewable.  He hated them so much.  So much so that he asked me for a glass of water to take the second one.  Much to my bewilderment, he swallowed the horse pill!!  I was shocked!  He was 4!  Ever since that day, Dexter always chose to swallow pills rather than chew them.  Who could blame him really since no one likes chalky tasting vitamins.

Recently, I was sent some Volo Vitamins for Kids to try out with Dexter and Oliver.  You mix one "stick" of vitamin mix in some water or juice, shake and drink.  Its just that easy.  The kids really liked the orange flavor mixed with orange juice--a winning combination.  Volo Kids Vitamins also come in Berry flavor.  They retail for $24.95 and can be purchased on their website.

What I love about Volo Vitamins:
*Convenient (just mix and drink)
*No added sugar!!!!
*Sweetened with 17 different fruits
*Made in the USA
*Kids 2+ can enjoy them!

One thing to note, you need to make sure you shake/stir well otherwise the mix can settle on the bottom and be hard to drink (once the liquid on top is gone).

Super Savvy Mommy loves Volo Vitamins and I am sure you and your family will too!

*I was sent a few samples for review.  No other compensation was offered.  All opinions are 100% my own and I was not obligated to write a positive review*
